1. General Information & Identity

Shree Mahakaleshwar Bhakt Niwas is a privately managed lodging facility and travel assistance service located in Ujjain. We provide guest house accommodations, dharamshala rooms, and taxi tour bookings for pilgrims visiting Ujjain and surrounding areas.

2. Check-in & Identification Requirements

• All guests must produce a valid government-issued photo ID card (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, Passport, or Driving License) at the time of check-in.
• Standard check-in and check-out rules apply as conveyed at the time of reservation confirmation. Flexible timings for Bhasm Aarti attendees can be accommodated upon prior notice.

3. Room Booking & Confirmation

Submitting an online form or sending a WhatsApp message constitutes a booking request. Reservations are confirmed subject to availability and token advance payment received through our authorized front office channels.

4. Guest Conduct & Property Care

To preserve the spiritual serenity of the pilgrimage town, consumption of alcohol, smoking, and any unlawful activities are strictly prohibited on premises. Guests are requested to respect fellow yatris and property property assets.

5. Taxi & Darshan Assistance

Local tour packages (Kaal Bhairav, Mangalnath, Omkareshwar) and taxi rentals are arranged via registered independent cab operators. We facilitate punctual dispatch, but road traffic and temple entry queue timings remain subject to local municipal and temple trust conditions.
